We are proud to announce a environmental friendly, and successful completion of a new Flex Cap installation on the vessel’s propeller assembly.
The dive commenced with the removal of the original end cap. Certified rigging equipment was deployed to ensure the safe removal of the end cap. Following our in-house designed end-cap removal procedures, the end cap was detached and safely raised to the surface using lifting balloons.
With the end cap removed, the focus shifted to installing the environmental friendly solution. The dive team and OEM engineer prepared the new Flex Cap, which was transferred to the propeller by lifting balloons. Careful alignment was performed ensuring a proper fit and following the needed procedures. Once alignment was confirmed, the installation was finalized within vessels port stay and during cargo operation.
